3. **No Returns or Refunds**:  
   **Customized products are final sale**. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized items, as they cannot be resold or reused.  

4. **Double-Check Custom Details**:  
   Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details (e.g., spelling, design, size, color) before confirming the order. Errors in customer-provided information will not qualify for refunds.
